Description As disclosed here Cisco's WebEX plugin for chrome browser allows Remote Command Execution when the URL contains the magic pattern "cwcsf-nativemsg-iframe-43c85c0d-d633-af5e-c056-32dc7efc570b.html". This "magic" pattern is used by the WebEx service to remotely start a meeting.This allows the attacker to execute malicious commands remotely. Here the magic pattern is embedded in an iframe.
The exploit has the code to open the calculator application.
SonicWALL Threat Research Team has researched this vulnerability and released following signature to protect their customers.
